@Cirque @RoyalAlbertHall just saw the Matinee Corteo - how can you sell tix for £135 for two with a hugely restricted view - without making it clear? Appalling - missed half of the show as RHS completely blocked. As someone who has seen every London & Vegas show never again.

Ok @ryanair on flight FR27 today Stansted to Palma - having paid for three extra legroom seats find you’ve changed the plane without advising us so row 16 now standard. Two things you should have advised and swapped out with row 18 and I want a refund as this is missold.

@MarriottBonvoy as a UK Platinum Elite member used points to book a King with Sofabed for two nights in #ACHotels Tucson. Was told I was upgraded to a Suite! Seriously! IS this what a suite looks like? Not even up to standard/size of original booking. Sink in room!

Hey @British_Airways - Flight 281 to LA cancelled twice in two days - with 4 hours notice. Only option #269 but downgraded to Prem Economy- not seated together. no GF meals -alternative option run out -then no 2nd meal due to broke chillers. Oh and an hour on the tarmac delay!
