Markhayev, a State Duma deputy representing the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, has penned an open letter calling on the authorities to present a clear plan for concluding the "Special Military Operation" (SMO) and criticizing their current political course.
He directly blames the "team that has been in power for 25 years" for a host of issues: rising utility rates, a lack of economic development programs, the enrichment of the ruling class, increasing attacks on the Russian Federation, and the alienation of the elites from the concerns of Russian society.
"The time for illusions is over. The country is on the verge of a social explosion, and the governmentโunchanged as it isโwill bear full responsibility for it," the deputy concludes.
@Utsjoki_@cagomez@TheFl0orIsLaVa Yes, the "main" language in a country that originally had like 5% russians. I mean you have a point, but there's unfairness all through the topic.
The State Duma stated that Russia needs a "public plan to end the special military operation (SMO)" because the country is "on the brink of a social explosion." A deputy from Buryatia, Markhaev, wrote a public appeal to the authorities on his Telegram channel.
Markhaev criticized the state's economic policy, stating that tariffs have increased by 366% over 25 years, and the housing and communal services sector has "effectively turned into a tool for extracting funds from the population." He also touched on a topic he admitted to having "avoided for a long time" โ the SMO.
"The time of illusions is over. The country is on the brink of a social explosion, and all responsibility for this will lie with the unchangeable government," the deputy wrote, calling for a "public plan to end the SMO."
@gato_do_mato@akss_nsk@TheFl0orIsLaVa I'm not sure how I could be any clearer. Russia had nothing to do with this. It was legacy of germany and sweden....
According to latest reports, ALL bridges into Crimea have now been hit.

@gato_do_mato@akss_nsk@TheFl0orIsLaVa In general in history university wasn't something common people easily reached, it required wealth and status. At least lutheran church taught Estonians to read, meanwhile russians sucked their thumb. Russians thought that speaking french is aristocracy, and russian for the poor.
This is Tartu University in Estonia, founded in 1632.
Russiaโs first university was established in 1724. Thatโs 92 years later!
But please continue the story about how the Baltics were sitting in villages waiting for enlightenment from Moscow.
