@News_FC26 Yes, it's been happening since FIFA 20. Yes you read that right fifa20. 6 years later its still happening, I found a solution to this already. You just gotta alt tab out and get back in the game then you can make subs. It will work 80% of the time. If it doesn't work, restart.
