@NMBS @SNCB I assure you I have been looking at you site for two weeks through multiple devices and browsers including iPhone, Android, Safari, Edge, Chrome and Brave, even wihout cookies, and 8 times out of 10 the site is offline (not now obviously... but soon)

Hey @SNCB @NMBS what's up with your website? Its downtime is exceptionnally high these last weeks! I though it was strike-related but even now it only works 5 minutes per hour. Are you aware?

Tbh I was reading the comments sections of some other posts and... damn are people mean and disrespectful... How do you even keep your calm and answer politely is beyond me.

Hey, so I have been asking a question to @NMBS and although their answer was not satisfactory, it was quick and polite.
Customer support is not an easy job, especially @SNCB, so I seize the opportunity to thank those behind the screens 👊

@NMBS @SNCB Yeah, that's cute, but the fact that your website is offline has very little to do with cookies
