@lolitascak3@jelloeye_ There are times when you can be tried as an adult despite being under the age of 18 however depending on location 12 can be a protected age from this. But the main case I cite about this is Brandon McInerney who was 14 and tried as an adult for 'The murder of Larry King'
@Gooboberti@Giggerton@emmamurabito Clinicians don't think trans people are 'crazy'. So no, you don't have an objective opinion either or any opinion informed by current scientific standards or practices for that matter. Masking your lack of knowledge with a question mark doesn't make you more persuasive?
@KingGrover1974@lukyydukes Instigating a melee is a separate charge. So according to the charges, Harley was charged for engaging in a melee...with no one. 'Bad comprehension'
@Zoostershot@jewhollis Are *we* the target audience for Imagine Dragons hatred? Because I didn't know I felt that deeply and actually really like the earlier music...
What have I done on the internet to assume I'm the target audience? And if nothing...what about my demographic data says this?
@canigetuhluma@omgsidewalks I liked it, but my primary critique is that I needed more screen time and it should've been a mini series because that first hour was so deep in building up lore of the town and the connectiveness of relationships... For what 😭
@Dodgy_Car_Sales@nickimoraa I'm sorry I didn't dumb down my words enough for you to be able to understand 🙏🏼 'Addressing the small things makes it easier to address the big things'. I'd suggest a takimg day of therapy to learn that... Might learn something else useful along the way 🤷🏼♀️
@Dodgy_Car_Sales@nickimoraa Actually changing and challenging behaviours at the micro-level leads to easier change at the macro . Understanding how forms of discrimination are embedded in our society in seemingly innocuous ways and challenging them at that level is actually something of 'high intelligence'.
@mayramata257@atyourworsst In Perth we have a 60 thousand capacity stadium and the only thing it's used for is AFL,cricket, international sport and Ed Sheeran. Sydney and Melbourne get it different from the rest of us 🥲
@NapierHolland@RealGhostieDbd@yvessirae So tertiary education in evolutionary psychology here. That's not a biological principle, it's social conditioning. The only way the 'biological principle' argument would apply is if she was pregnant 👍🏼
@NapierHolland@RealGhostieDbd@yvessirae Saying that 'gendered behaviours are a good thing' because women don't immediately try to bash each other in conflict isn't a good argument?Instead of critiquing the negative, antisocial behaviours you're saying 'well girls, be thankful this is all you get' which is ridiculous(2)
@NapierHolland@RealGhostieDbd@yvessirae On your basis of 'going to different countries' you would know that 'women don't emulate this' is not universally applicable and is a case by case situation. Women are actually more likely to physically and emotionally intervene in an altercation if they see injustice. (1)
@NapierHolland@RealGhostieDbd@yvessirae Mate, the post said 'men casually touching only women in an intimate place isn't cool'. Genuinely what are you getting at with this pseudo-intellectualism? 'Men punch each other tho! Be thankful'... So you agree, men's behaviour is the issue and they need to learn basic civility?
@Fatalic_Dj@SillyVOnline@Mealsandeals@yvessirae Completely valid, but touching someone on the shoulder/upper back while saying 'excuse me' isn't hard. Touching someone on their lower back is all sorts of intimate and genuinely when someone does that to me & anyone I know the fight or flight urge kicks the *fuck* in.
@Jack23246@crochetgod420@ChiefWitxh Hey, so you're actually not allowed to just walk and grab the 'whores in a strip club' either. Don't touch over people without their consent isn't a hard fucking concept.
