@japan_nobunaga There's a LOT of cases like this, and a lot of the time, there's never a charge of any kind; the process itself is the penalty. If a govt agency confiscates any assets of any kind, the price of a lawyer very often is higher than the value of the stolen property. Happens a LOT.
