I sent a a-list gift to wrong email. How can I correct this?

@AMCHelps She did get an email. When she tried to accept, it said she needed to convert to gift card since she had a membership (which I thought was cancelled)

@AMCHelps Ok…I gave another gift to another person (weeks ago). Same scenario but she hasn’t reactivated. It says she can’t use a gift membership on an account? How do I apply the gift? Can you do that?

@AMCHelps Had the gift membership transferred to a gift card. Any chance we can reverse that so we can use the gift membership as desired? The reactivation has not been charged yet, looks like it will be on 6/30

@AMCHelps So to confirm…he had an old inactive membership which is on my card. I bought him a 3 month membership because he’s in school and won’t need it past summer. When he went to reactivate, he didn’t use the 3 month gift, he just reactivated the old one. He then, to my dismay….

@AMCHelps Hi Richard. One more issue on this. He “reactivated” his account on the cc on file not the gift card. Is it possible to back that out and use the gift card?
