洪秀全还没造反之前和几个亲戚窝在家里研究一本叫《劝世良言》的基督教宣传小册子，从中读出不少微言大义，比如“声闻全世”就是“洪秀全的世界”，“律法全备”就是“律法由洪秀全来准备”。还好当时中国读不到加尔文，不然天王他老人家不好解释什么叫“全然败坏”。

我现在发现，早上一来如果先看 Twitter 和邮件，对自己思维能力的影响非常明显。

不看的话，一早醒来就会想到具体的工作场景、思路和方法，甚至还会冒出一些内容创作的点子。但如果查看了社交媒体，思路完全就被打乱了，会不由自主地去想那些跟我无关的人和事。

所以我可能得立一个规则：在每天做完自己的"高光事件"之前，不去查看社交媒体。这是出于对自我认知资源保护的考虑。
