Anyone else get screwed over by @superdrug sending an email to their beautycard members for 40% off everything on the website and then not honouring it? I've spoken to customer service who were not helpful, antagonised me more and refused to give me head office details.

@AsdaServiceTeam The store assistant told me to click on create voucher, I did this and it did not work. The store assistant said this had happened to other customers too.
