@AirAsiaSupport As stated, I have tried both the computer and app, as I told your customer service agents on the phone. I keep getting errors, and the price keeps going up, and the only solution your service agents are offering is to give me the flight for a higher price.

Now the same @AirAsia flight went up from 3,700 to 4,300 after my booking received an error, only 10 seconds later....

This has been a recurring issue with @AirAsia their system doesn't work, as much as I like the app, their "budget" flights somehow are always problematic in booking. Or they will advertise a 690 THB flight and when you try to book it shoots up or has an error.

If you want to get scammed, use @AirAsia while travelling. I tried to redeem my big points and it costs the same to redeem my big point and pay cash, as it is to just get a flight. I've been scammed by them so many times. Never using them again.
