Exactly! Roblox enforcement bans have been an issue for quite awhile now. I happen to be one of the victims. As well as my friends @katie_xtz and @archangehl. @archangehl posted about her enforcement ban on the dev forum and shows proof that her ban was false and that it was linked to a account compromise. I was banned for 272 DAYS due to the enforcement ban. 6,543 hours in total. Before FINALLY getting unbanned. Let that sink in for a moment. I tried sending appeals to Roblox about my ban, and support hasn't helped me at all. I got enforcement banned because the person who was linked up to my account gained unauthorized access to my account 6 YEARS AGO! I tried explaining that to support when I found that out. I was given no help. The first human that I ever got in contact with while I was banned completely denied me despite me being innocent. After that? Other humans at support said to stop sending appeals because one was already sent and they concluded that they wouldn't adjust the consequence.

A Roblox staff member put out on the dev forum stating that enforcement ban appeals were "ONLY". Key word; "ONLY" reviewed for whether the two accounts are indeed linked. Are they looking at what their system says? Or are they looking at the context of how the two accounts were linked and differences between the two accounts that were linked?

Roblox in my opinion should be looking at the key factors here and do some research on BOTH ACCOUNTS. Maybe looking at identifiers to see if they're different? Like Device ID or log in locations, IP addresses, linked emails or phone numbers, maybe even payment info if you put that on your account. They should also consider the context of what the appeal says and review that section as well. For example; if the account was compromised in the past and this caused a link.

This statement by this Roblox staff member has lead me to believe that this is the reason why most people who got enforcement banned are usually getting denied no matter what they say, or if they're innocent or not. Your first, second or third appeal should be accepted if you were false banned. Not your 300th, 400th, or 500th appeal. That is ridiculous!!

@Roblox @DavidBaszucki Please consider changing the way enforcement ban appeals are handled, or at least improve the system itself. 🙏

I’ve read through legal and put together an extremely formal letter, hopefully it’s enough for roblox to hopefully look at it and unban my account, rather than having me pay 50$ for an arbitration.

Today I am making this thread so I can collect enforcement ban posts. Here is what I want you guys to do.

If you have been enforcement banned by Roblox and Roblox support has failed to resolve your issue, Reply down in this post and explain how YOU think YOU got ENFORCEMENT BANNED.

Attach a screenshot of your Roblox ban, and if you have them, any responses Roblox support has given you. If your response was from a HUMAN, Make sure to blur out your ticket number ID if it's shown in your screenshots.

The reason why I want you guys to do this is so that way if any other Roblox enforcement ban posts start blowing up here on this platform, I can potentially throw this thread around out there for other people to see, and hopefully more people will be able to see your guys' situation.

If you guys want, You can throw this thread around too where ever you think is necessary to help push this thread out there as well.

I also highly recommend you guys to post about your situation on posts that talk about Roblox enforcement bans too so that way your situation can be seen by more people. Especially reply to posts that are gaining traction.

@Roblox This guy seems like a genuine player who enjoys playing your game, but they were banned due to the alt account ban. Why are you still having A.I. review these appeals? It’s been proven again and again that this just doesn’t work. Especially when you “ONLY” review if the accounts are indeed linked. Innocent people have been banned for a supposed “linked” account but when they appeal they are more than likely to be denied than accepted on the first try! Why is that? Simple research on how the two accounts are linked and how the two accounts are different (such as looking at identifiers) would prove if the account really belongs to them or not.

REVIEW. THE. CONTEXT!! Not just what your system says! You are a multi-billion dollar company. You can do better than this! Please!! 🙏🙏
