@TeamYouTube We recently received a community guideline strike/warning on a 1 1/2 year old video talking about comic dub channels that has over a million views due to a claim of:

"A video containing external links to pornography or other sexually gratifying content within the video itself or in the video’s metadata isn't allowed on YouTube."

The section that allegedly breaks TOS is a brief visual of a google search result of searching an artist's name.

This video contains no links to illicit material in the description nor does it encourage the visitation of any such sites. We included visuals that show information that directly relates to one of the creators criticized in the video. In such a case, we believe our video should be considered under an exemption as it is documentary in nature, according to our understanding of YouTube's TOS.

Hey @TeamYouTube my channel Neonight has been demonetized AGAIN for "Harmful content involving minors". This is a recurring automated error.

As shown in this quoted tweet, my channel was already manually reviewed and fully cleared for this exact issue. Since then, I’ve only uploaded 3 videos of the same content: Friday Night Funkin' mods and gameplay featuring fictional in-game characters.

There are no real people, minors or dangerous acts involved, just music and gameplay. This is hurting my channel despite following all policies. I kindly request a manual human review. 🙏

Hey @TeamYouTube I need help with my channel Neonight, which was suspended from the YouTube Partner Program for "Harmful content involving minors." I believe this is a misclassification.

My content is Friday Night Funkin' gameplay/mods featuring fictional, animated game characters. No real people, or minors doing dangerous activities appear in my videos.

I've been creating this type of content for years with hundreds of videos previously monetized without issues. I've appealed twice via email, but both were rejected with generic responses that don't provide detailed examples of what's wrong.

Could someone please do a manual human review of my channel?

I'm receiving automated rejection messages from the email support while I believe the channel is fully compliant and this is just a misclassification
I kindly ask you to take a look and escalate for review for us to keep making videos on the platform.

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. I have unfortunate news about the future of the channel. Recently, YouTube decided to remove the monetization of my channel because of "harmful content involving minors."

I tried to send an appeal, but still they said the same thing... YouTube was my main source of money at the moment, and I don't know what to do right now.

I will still follow .exe and creepypasta content because Its something I really like to see and play.

Unless something changes about their decision, I will have to freeze the channel for an undetermined time, or post content at a very low rate (idk yet)

For other channels that has similar content as mine, please be careful.

They have established my monetization in this morning!
It seems their AI made a big mess, and they are fixing the issue now, but I really can't confirm that.

Some friends of mine also got their monetization back too at the same time as me.
Maybe its matter of time for you to get it again.
