I complaint on 19th June for my #JioAirFiber is not working, @JioCare still date no one comes for repair or check. Very bad service.and no one repling at #jio office. @reliancejio

@JioCare Done all things, please send your Engineer to check here the problem. Why you not sending here any of your staff to check here since a week? Already we complaint online, and u reschedule every time. So request you to send any Engineer as soon as possible.

Very sloppy, I complained on 20/6, everyday used to get messages it would be resolved in 4 hrs. Booked service request for today 5-6 PM. No one arrived but schedule changes automatically to 6-7 PM today and now to 27/6/25.
Hopeless. Feeling like shifting to airtel

@JioCare It's u can ask to your Engineer, why they not come to check the problem at the place ? It's not our fault we buy #JioAirFiber .@JioCare . So please send your Engineer to check the problem.
