@withpronto booked a service for 10:30 AM today.
At 11:00 AM, a service partner was finally assigned -already 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Even after being assigned, the partner has neither arrived nor answered calls.

@Cleartrip 20 mins on hold by your agent who is apparently trying to transferring my call to someone more capable to help. This is the customer service you take pride in? Probably they both have gone for a chai break

@airtelindia instead of sending me bill reminders, resolve my bill disputes. Charging me for international roaming twice for the same dates when I haven’t even gone anywhere? Raising tickets everyday which get closed automatically without resolution. Horrible customer service

@urbancompany_UC so there is no data privacy at all. Your customer agents call on my registered no. from personal no. to intimidate and threaten me. So if something happens to me it's on you guys!

@UC_Assist Please ask your customer agents to calm down a bit on the call. Can I suggest some breathing exercises for them to calm down? Raising voice with the customer? Do you train your people at all?
