@auspost Hi Jordan, I've shared 3 separate tracking numbers for deliveries this week all linked to the same driver for whom I've also shared the driver code for you to investigate. I would like a full audit done for this driver's deliveries as he NEVER attempts to deliver any parcel!

Hey @auspost, that's 2 deliveries at different times today from the same driver sent straight to the post office with no attempt at delivery - no collection card no nothing! Will need to do online orders with retailers who don't use your delivery service!

Hey @auspost your delivery driver took a picture of someone else's intercom claiming to be my 'faulty' intercom hence why we NEVER receive our deliveries! Absolute joke! You can learn a thing or two from Amazon and hire honest ethical staff who actually deliver parcels!

@auspost Hi Leon - I have shared the driver's code and now uncovered this driver has falsified an image of someone else's intercom as a cover up not to attempt to deliver my parcels. I'd love to know how many other auspost CMs have been impacted by his truly appalling, dishonest actions

Wow! So due to your incompetent driver NEVER attempting to leave their vehicle and ring the bell or leave a card, I now have to continually go out during a highly contagious covid situation to my local @auspost , 2 doors down from a hot spot to collect my parcels? That's service!

@auspost Hi Dane, I have shared some DMs with all the necessary details including a couple of tracking IDs, my delivery address and also the details of the driver code linked to this particular driver. Appalling!

Continually disappointed with @auspost delivery service, never even attempts to ring the door bell to deliver our parcels or leave a card, instead just sends all parcels to post office for customers to collect. In the middle of a lockdown during covid absolutely appalling.
