For a long time, part of me resisted it. I thought I was “fine.” I thought I was just strong. But the truth is — I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and it took courage to finally accept that.

The last months were not easy. For me. And for the people close to me.

Kirill didn’t give up on me when I didn’t fully understand what was happening to me. And I’m grateful for that more than I can explain.

Now I’m taking my medication consistently.
My state is stabilizing.
I’m starting to feel real emotions again — not extremes, not spikes, but something balanced and alive.

Treatment is not simple. Insurance covers part of it, but because of the pause in work and additional medical expenses, this is a financially difficult period.
