Admitting UN rules are "blindingly obvious" right after telling me to "off you pop" for pointing them out isn't quite the legal victory you think it is. Without a UNGA resolution sponsored by a member state, a petition to C-24 is just fan mail. Replied, then blocked me Sara🤭
Over £225m has already been spent on enabling works at Wester Moffat, and now Lanarkshire patients are sent back to square one with a 'redesign' that won't even hit ministers' desks until 2027. You can't promise a £2.1bn flagship hospital in an election campaign when internal NHS reports already red-flagged it.
@JimmyMcd62 The BBC and STV have been broadcasting Josh Kerr’s gold medal win on repeat all weekend! Also, calling the Commonwealth Games the 'Empire Games' is about 75 years out of date.
@JohnSwinney Calling the Energy Profits Levy a 'supertax on jobs' now is quite a shift from 2022 when the SNP was actively calling on the UK Treasury to introduce a windfall tax in the first place!
@h5wnft4xdr@LiberationScot Trying to get the UN to classify Scotland as a 'colonised non-self-governing territory' alongside Guam and Western Sahara is completely detached from political reality
@CosmicO43151136@jimac1111 Notice how The National-Scotland’s daily pro-independence newspaper-is completely erased from this list just to make the graphic work? 😭
@CosmicO43151136@jimac1111 Almost every date in this screenshot is completely made up! HMNB Rosyth was closed in 1995 under the Tories (not under Labour after 1997), and both Royal Navy aircraft carriers were literally built at Rosyth🤭
@jimac1111 Calling The Daily Record and The Scotsman—newspapers printed in Glasgow and Edinburgh for generations-'English nationalist' media is embarrassing
Norway built a wealth fund because it had a population of 4 million and massive per-capita oil production. The UK used North Sea tax revenues to support a population of 55 million+ and fund public services during 1980s industrial restructuring. Entirely different economic realities.
@CraigMurrayOrg Gibraltar voted 98.9% to remain British. Overriding the unanimous democratic vote of local people to hand them over to a neighbouring state isn't 'ending colonialism', Craig-it IS colonialism.
Clear evidence that @StephenFlynnSNP@larabirdsnp and @JohnSwinney are lying. Here is @NicolaSturgeon and @theSNP openly opposing new oil and gas licences. They also criticised Westminster when they were issued and backed a supertax on energy companies. @theSNP are directly responsible for @bp_plc pulling out of Aberdeen.
@larabirdsnp@theSNP First, the SNP demanded a windfall tax on energy giants, and now you’re campaigning to scrap it as a 'supertax'. You can't oppose new North Sea licences in your national energy policy while simultaneously demanding tax cuts to encourage oil majors to keep investing.

@JoeScot77@kevinoils_kevin@EnglishUDI@Guiseppim Invoking 'grid physics' while confusing annual energy volume with second-by-second frequency management is a self-own! Being a 'net exporter' doesn't keep 50 Hz frequency stable when the wind drops. Physics demands real-time balancing, which NESO directs across Great Britain
Ah, the 'he's far too posh and titled to be arrested' defence! Having an impressive CV and advising the King doesn't grant legal immunity from statutory law. Expressing support for a proscribed group on camera carries the exact same legal outcome whether you're an Oxford fellow or an ordinary member of the public!
Dragging out 'Saturday morning kids TV' to shield someone intentionally breaching proscription laws is incredible! He wasn't arrested for 'speaking his mind'-he literally announced on camera outside a courthouse that he supports a proscribed group. Asking 'what end this serves' completely ignores that getting arrested on camera was the entire point of his stunt!

Read my very first tweet again, Jollyman! I explicitly said Malta was an offshore tax hub from the start! And 'cutting your cloth' to match Malta's model means slashing corporate tax and shrinking public spending-the exact opposite of funding a high-spending Scottish welfare state!
