SM-2023170. The problem is not solved yet. My personal netbanking account is not linked to my corporate netbanking, hence I cannot activate my debit card. The issue has been going on for 2 months without resolution.
@rskumar1512 , we are going around in circles with your customer service. They have some AI generated scripts of business jargon to share as replies, but no real competence to understand issues and fix your unfunctional banking system. What's next? Thank you.
@EurekaForbes , @AquaguardC , in spite of my 80 year old mother's insistence, your technician installed the inlet tube in an inconvenient & ugly manner. The tube is now constantly getting in her way while using the washbasin, dislodging itself often. Bad job. Fix it.
