Many could have recently read this beautiful article about Zambia’s homegrown waste management app, e-Busaka. But it carries a factual error I feel needs correction; because behind this innovation is an inspiring duo whose roles deserve clarity. ♻️🚀

The article named Muyunda Kaonga as the app’s developer. Truth is, Muyunda is the torchbearer and CEO of Ebusaka Green Technology Ltd. The actual code behind e-Busaka was written by Michael Chuba, a talented Computer Science graduate from ZCAS University. 💻🔥

Michael built the platform from scratch, turning his skills into a real-world solution. Muyunda took that vision and championed it, earning spots at trade fairs, boardrooms, including State House. Together, they’re a masterclass in teamwork. 🌍📲

They duo were part of a group of innovators and entrepreneurs who met with the President to discuss their contributions to Zambia’s development. During this visit, they posed for a photograph with President HH on the State House grounds, highlighting the government’s support for local innovation and entrepreneurship. ZCAS Oyeee!!! 💪🏽💪🏽
