I have to give credit where it’s due, personally saw him at top tables in Thailand BCF & watching him play felt like looking in the mirror. He knows the ins & outs of this deck very well.
I hope he does well for Area Finals.

Planning to play G Zoro for today but decided to swap back to the goat night of. Still got it 🤪
@alvin5161@JellybeansOP Not at all imo, GY has a super good match up into Buggy. Pressure and swing at their board whenever they tap characters. Take their first curve when possible or if you get second, aim to lock out their 5 don turn with stun Bonney.
@birthdoge@XingGod I took second due to lack of experience with the match up. But hody won me the game. Play him, swing and bounce back to hand. He had van auger and 7c BB on board so I didn’t want to risk losing him. Just flood board early and hope you find hody and pray that you don’t brick up.
@evalentinez@XingGod I took out 7c law, it is brick in that match up and I don’t think it’s good enough. Prioritize searching for 1c apoo and 3c Xdrake to rest their characters and swing into them. You don’t want to swing their life until you completely clear board and have blockers up.
@alecjoh1234@XingGod I play the deck differently than other laws. I play super aggressive and take life down to 1 or zero quickly to get out as many 5cs I can to pressure more and force my opponent to play more defensively. And if you are able to search efficiently, you will be safe. 8c kid good too.
@alecjoh1234@XingGod Not at all! On my 7 don I would much rather set up blocker law and establish restand law with effect and swing their leader 3 times HEAVY. Decks will usually not expect it and will go low on life or hand size. Better than just healing, not enough advantage in this aggro meta.
@DavidPTCG@XingGod Really wish that game was recorded, such an amazing game with a lot of micro decisions from both ends. Congrats on your top 4 placement!
@hawzo101@XingGod Honestly it’s all about how you pilot the deck. I love being super aggressive abusing restand law and keeping cavendish alive. Check out this video of the decklist I used and you’ll see his reasonings on why he chose the cards he did.

Shoutout to @ridotpk for the deck list inspiration. Ended up facing @mynameisjapes for my first top cut match, didn’t realize they were play test partners 😭😭
