Codex and ChatGPT having separate limits is actually so slept on.

like with Anthropic everything is just one bucket. you use Claude Code, you use chat, you use cowork, it all eats the same limit. you rail one thing and the whole plan is just dead. last time i tested, cancelling even removed Claude Code which is actually insane for a $200 sub.

OpenAI at least split it. i can sit in Codex for hours and ChatGPT is still there. or i dump a load of usage in the app and Codex doesnt just die with it. sounds small until you actually live on this shit every day.

not saying Codex limits couldnt be better but tibo resets + separate ChatGPT and Codex pools is a godsend. two separate pools is just so much nicer than one shared one you are scared to touch because you might need it later for some basic question. and then with Claude what do you do? you just go to another provider to ask that basic question...

Anthropic please just do this. one plan two meters. it is not that deep.

I've tried to keep my discourse on X regarding this situation in private DMs with the higher ups at riot (which have been extremely kind, patient and understanding), but now with @ItsGamerDoc resorting to DM'ing blatant lies to everyone to avoid getting fact checked by the public, I have to say something. Gamerdoc follows me title to title doing this exact same thing, and after I was nothing but open minded towards him and his boss when they severely and legally fucked up for @riotgames, he still finds ways to be petty and targets me game to game through other devs, these private DMs prove exactly that. I have received the message loud and clear @ItsGamerDoc.

Let me ask you this @ItsGamerDoc, weren't you just posting and using mental health to victimize yourself to get out of this situation and your mistake, but still have the nerve to pump disinformation into everyone's private DMs since you know you would get fact checked and cooked publicly?

To add, there is clearly a misuse of power going on in these departments, in order to save face when these devs are wrong, they use out of context backend information to twist narratives with falsehoods publicly, and now, through individual people's DMs just to justify and cover up their mistakes. They can *never* be wrong, that drew levin apology was clearly just a ploy to give credibility to their next lie, which is being done now, they have now moved the goalpost on the ban reason multiple times instead of admitting that they were and are wrong about the intention of it all.

Imagine if we didn’t have vods or clips, imagine all the off stream players falsely punished because of power tripping ego maniacs, ***they are clearly willing to lie to be right***, even now WITH the vod footage they are still trying to tell us and the world what our intention was and still is despite the contradicting evidence, and normally, without access to the backend these users and/or streamers receiving this information could never refute their blatant injection of disinformation. This is a direct example of targeting and a misuse of power.

To make sure our current users have an incredible experience and continued access to Astra, we are going to pause subscriptions to our $200 Pro plan. These put the most strain on our systems and we wanted to take the smallest step that allows us to continue giving the broadest access possible. All other plans and the api remain available.

I feel RiotGames are probably more than competent enough to figure things out for themself and do not need people spoonfeeding them methods as they already do things just take a time to get pushed to prod

And VPD are where reports are done on Valorant normally for a lot of people instead of using the in-game report system a lot of people use that discord instead
