@ILoveCalinda Ehh I feel like for people who don’t want to take the time or just don’t want to cook, it gives them a healthier option that isn’t as expensive as constantly eating out or buying from actual meal prep places that are more expensive. You’re definitely paying for convenience. Lol

@ILoveCalinda You typically get 5 chicken breasts that are about 5- 6 ounces each I believe. I normally do salmon or the crusted chicken which is really good.
