Каким образом наличие ядерного оружия у Пакистана и Индии сработало фактором сдерживания? Они обстреливали друг друга с помощью артиллерии и авиации. Не нужно натягивать сову на глобус. К тому же, это было не украинское оружие. Никто ни от чего не отказывался, оружие попросили вернуть владельцу.
