Illogical tenant 1: Imagine if all Indians were in one place. Imagine how many unicorns would be founded by Indians? I think that's what the nation of India is and I think you will find that it's unicorn performance is abysmal.

Illogical tenant 2: Why do we need to accept 5M immigrants to get a 100 exceptionally talented people? A sane policy be to attract the 100, not the 5M.
