Dipped into @churchofengland synod safeguarding debate to see how they're responding to @InquiryCSA recommendations.
Was struck by the woefully low numbers watching - only around 70!
Still more than watched some of the #iicsa hearings!

DSOs not yet created and lines of employment & accountability questionable.

Residential schools, Churches, Sports Clubs, Local Authorities etc. etc.

What's needed is Mandatory Reporting law now!

This is called Past Case Review #2. (#PCR1 was a car crash). But, it excludes dead clergy whose files are mostly 'destroyed' under a misguided interpretation of the DPA. Survivor testimony is imperative without which #PCR2 could be meaningless. Word reaches MN that its mistrusted
