With the total. The customer then responds saying the delivery fee is to much money. Don’t bother. The same delivery fee they paid in 2024 without any issues. (Side note i waited and hour outside for the customer) 🙃🙃🙃🙃

Customer orders an item from you in 2024 pays for the item & delivery without issue. 2026 same customer makes an order for a similar item & when u msg to say you’re outside the customer says remind me of the total, so you fwd the invoice
