Based in the Chaddesden area of Derby. Home to 28 Firefighters, a Water Ladder, a Major Rescue Unit and our Community Safety Officer.

Blue watch went to joint training center earlier to practice more heavy rescue, today the drill was a simulated under run of a car and a tanker.

Doors will open 11am- 2pm when members of the deaf community can come along and meet the crew and see some of the equipment we use.

We were joined by @ChaddesdenSNT yesterday to speak to Year 7-10 pupils @LeesBrookSchool highlighting the consequences and dangers of deliberate fire setting and entering derelict buildings. It showed how we work together in tackling these issues #teamwork #safercommunities
