The Psychology and Psychological Therapies Team provides training for trainee forensic psychologists, nurses, and medical professionals on topics such as relational security, violence risk assessment, trauma-informed care, and inclusive practice. #NottshcOSCARS

Lister Ward's MDT received positive feedback from the Transforming Care Team. Transforming care is about improving health and care services so more people can live in the community with the right support. The CTR had no specific recommendations. Well done Lister! #WellsRoadCentre
To mark the 80th anniversary of D-Day, the Wells Road catering team did a fantastic job decorating the patient dining room and provided a choice of spam or fish fritters, chips and mushy peas with spotted dick and custard with ginger ale to wash it down๐ #DDay80#WellsRoadCentre

Seacole Ward at the Wells Road Centre had some unexpected visitors yesterday, a Mother duck and 16 ducklings! ๐ฅฐ Thanks to Linjoy Wildlife Sanctuary for attending and helping to relocate the family to somewhere they can live happily ๐ฉท
The WRC kitchen is now operational and the temporary kitchens have left the site ๐ Also, the dining room has been redecorated ready for the patients to start using again from Monday! Love the colours chosen by the patients in out Patient Forum!

Recently, the staff on Thurland Ward, one of the male mental illness wards at the Wells Road Centre, have all received training in Trauma Informed Care. Recognising that trauma affects us all, especially within forensic care pathways. #WellsRoadCentre
