Heard the Maharashtra CM wax eloquent about signing MoUs with domestic companies in Davos. He says all MoUs have 60 percent plus FDI component.

The argument remains the same. Can FDI related MoUs with Indian companies only be signed outside the geographical boundaries of India?

Or does this make for better headlines. ‘XX Cr investment promise for Maharashtra. Davos trip super successful’

Anyway, as long as investment is coming and these MoUs translate to real action, I guess even this is welcome.
