If it happens that HD Grid catheter slipped from the left into the right atrium.. The HD Grid Catheter is flexible enough to cross back into the left atrium, even without a sheath

When the activation map shows all these nice colors 🌈 within a small area in the atrium.. alway think about a microreentrant tachycardia.
