The Golf 8R is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine that produces 235kW/400nm of torque, with power being sent to all 4 wheels. Its claimed to sprint from 0-100 in 4.7 seconds however its feels way quicker than that. Speed aside, the Golf feels extremely comfortable to drive. The fact that it’s a Golf, means there is ample of room in the cabin and that you are easily able to daily the hot hatch with no issues. It also won in terms of fuel as we saw figures as low as 7.4L/100kms. Overall, I think that the new Golf R is worth all the hype, it retains its street cred, sounds greats, has great space and most importantly, drives extremely amazing!
First flight of the year & it happens to be a long one. Off to Australia with @GwmSouth to go sample the fully electric Ora as well as the Tank 300 models.
@sfiso_kingchubb You've even coined being overweight. As if that's not toxic enough... people like you aren't here to revolutionize anything but weigh down the progress.
@sfiso_kingchubb Sfiso sounds ignorant and scared to face the real facts. That's why you Harbour toxins in your body? Find the history of groove culture and understand that before you call bullshit on something you barely understand or have any sort of history on. Stop crapping on truth
