Compulsion (Contrast, We Happy Few, South of Midnight) and Double Fine (Psychonauts, Costume Quest) will become independent studios.

Undead Labs (State of Decay) and Ninja Theory (Hellblade) will be sold.

Microsoft is also looking to either sell or spin out Arkane Studios (Prey, Dishonored, Deathloop, unreleased Blade Marvel Game)
