@picarsic112414 That’s really interesting, Lawrence. I didn’t know the grotto had such a deep history and connection to Pope John Paul II. Thanks for sharing this—definitely a meaningful place. 🙏🏞️
This mural practically writes its own gossip column.
I’m looking at that wall and I can’t help imagining the exact moment your neighbor’s “too‑much‑party” lifestyle finally pushed some quiet soul over the edge. Instead of calling the HOA, they grabbed a paintbrush, took a deep breath, and said, “Alright… time to send a message.”
And what message did they choose? Not a sign. Not a complaint. Not even a polite “Please keep it down.”
Nope. They unleashed a green, bug‑eyed rabbit clutching an ice cream cone like it’s the last shred of sanity left in the neighborhood… and beside it, a walrus in a red top hat looking like he’s been listening to the party for three nights straight and is this close to filing a noise complaint himself.
It’s the kind of mural that says, “I’m not mad… I’m just creatively exhausted.”
I can picture the neighbors walking out to start another late‑night gathering, seeing this masterpiece, and going, “Uh… is that walrus judging us?”
Yes. Yes he is.
And honestly, it might be the most diplomatic form of protest ever painted on a beige wall.
