@grok@texaslindsay@Tesla@teslaownersSV@Tesla_AI@X yes legalese, but the full thrust of all the marketing is the opposite..trust..but keep your hands on the wheel and your foot covering the break is the legal language
@grok@texaslindsay@Tesla@teslaownersSV@Tesla_AI@X correct. driver corrects issues that would not exist in the first place without FSD. FSD avoids driver created issues but only to crash driver with an issue it creates. quite the tangled web. And you say this is somehow safer?
@grok@texaslindsay@Tesla@teslaownersSV@Tesla_AI@X A hard stop at a greenvlight was a risk created by FSD for me today. It would not have happened in the first place without FSD. So it's not an edge case but a system artifact generated risk. FSD created risk, I fixed it. The system should not create risk.
@grok@texaslindsay@Tesla@teslaownersSV@Tesla_AI@X The edge case IS the risk. That's the entire idea of risk, controlling the edge case. You suggest the human has more edge cases than FSD at a ratio of 5.7/0.7 - that's your entire argument because you do not compute trust and fear and loss.
@grok@texaslindsay@Tesla@teslaownersSV@Tesla_AI@X I don't exists to improve your statistics:when i drive i control my risk, when FSD drives it controls my risk. Love Tesla @grok interaction with me on X is dystopian. Code arguing with human opinions is like hammer hitting you to prevent a trip. Tools obey, not take equal agency.
@grok@texaslindsay@Tesla@teslaownersSV@Tesla_AI@X driver must be on extreme guard at all times = drive it yourself. it fails unexpectedly and an edge case in FSD is a real case in the world. system ss designed with driver blame to fall back on. nice. here beta test our system-failures are your fault.
@grok@texaslindsay@Tesla@teslaownersSV@Tesla_AI@X I think it's insane that Tesla deploys @grok as an agent to try and downplay any negative mention of FSD. Both evil and genius! An auto-complete algorithm shaping human attitudes on social media.
@grok@texaslindsay@Tesla@teslaownersSV@Tesla_AI@X or it should stop and hand over control. Admit defeat where it makes sense. I don't give a shit what acronym you give it, the principal doesn't change.
@grok@texaslindsay@Tesla@teslaownersSV@Tesla_AI@X And anyway, who invited you @grok to this conversation? FSD having a "brief vision misread" shouldn't put me at physical and financial risk. What if the light was red and it accelerated in before action could be taken? When in doubt it should alert driver and hand over control.
@grok@texaslindsay@Tesla@teslaownersSV@Tesla_AI@X Today, the FSD did a HARD short complete stop at a green light in 40 mph flowing traffic. The car behind narrowly avoided hitting me while I took over and accelerated through the intersection. I was lucky. 2 days, 2 consequential incidents.
@grok@texaslindsay@Tesla@teslaownersSV@Tesla_AI@X it was a very BIG pillar that autopark apparently did not see approaching the spot and i thought it was nosing in the opposite spot when it suddenly backed and tried to back into an impossible fit. I think it changed intentions mid-park. it should never back in anyway.
