Made a T-shirt shop to save money for future mutual-aid activities so I could use my own money for these things.
I think I have a good sense of design so check it out :3 https://t.co/7BTf4KoFeK
@ja17fan2003@xtalibur LMAOOO
Yeah let me know when the Ambanis and Adanis no longer control key sectors of the economy, the state makes five year plans and explicitly states the goals of transitioning towards communism.
Alas Nehru fumbled the chance for it to go socialist
@ja17fan2003@xtalibur yeah the wealthy are so privileged in society they don't need caste to retain their power. because you're a textbook capitalist country. that's not a good thing to boast.
@ja17fan2003@xtalibur oh look, now this goes dangerously close into classist territory.
poverty is often a result of caste instead of the other way round, and generational poverty and wealth still plays an impact
and it's not like caste in modern indian society even in urban areas disappeared.
@ja17fan2003@xtalibur not all rigid class structures developed into a caste system, India's is quite unique in that regard and further reinforced by British rule into the modern day. It's horrible and should be completely overthrown for a country with otherwise decent potential to develop properly
@ja17fan2003@xtalibur the Brahmins literally used their status to collaborate the British to rewrite Hindu tradition and laws to benefit them and keep their position in society while blocking Dalit liberation. I know it's more complicated but it's still uniquely bad esp after colonial times.
@imperial_flag@basedjensen *communist revolution.
It definitely did have revolutionary potential that got squandered around WW2
Plus the communist governed Kerala is the best developed part of India. It certainly has the drive for left ideology. It's just that hindutva shit is promoted by BJP
