Nic is our day shift Production Supervisor, overseeing daily production throughout the facility, ensuring your tanks are manufactured to exceed expectations. He has shown commitment in leading a positive team environment and is dedicated to our stainless storage production line's success.

Hey enjoys being able to collaborate with team members throughout various departments, problem solving and fine-tuning in order to build a great product together.

When asked what he likes about Novid as a company, he says it's the environment. 'Novid treats their team like family, and are heavily invested in developing the team.'

Outside of life at Novid, Nic's consistently improving their home, and spending time with his family.

During Health and Safety Week, Micheline brought our team together to celebrate the importance of workplace safety.

Throughout the week, our employees participated in trivia quizzes, first aid CPR demonstrations, prize draws, and shared valuable health & safety suggestions. The weekly toolbox talk encouraged open conversations about hazard awareness, and to show appreciation for everyone's participation, the team enjoyed a hotdog lunch and some treats throughout the week.
To wrap up the week, we had a visit from the Made Safe demonstration trailer to give our staff the opportunity to experience safety education.

👋 Meet Abhinav Jindal!
A Novid Design Engineer by weekday, and adventurer by weekend.

Abhinav works on new product development, improvement, and tooling. He loves navigating through unique problems and communicating with multiple departments to ensure projects meet your expectations. He says that working on projects from inception to completion and witnessing them turn into reality is a very rewarding feeling.

When asked what he likes about working at Novid, he says he loves the trust, culture, and flexibility. Leadership trusts his ability to make changes, the company offers flexibility around work schedule, and the learning/improvement mindset across departments makes him feel supported.

👋 Meet Josee Hiltz!
Josee is the Novid Transport Logistics Lead, basically helping make sure your tank gets to you safely, on budget, and on time.

When asked what she likes about her role, she says it's the ability to work with the team on unexpected challenges that pop up. Resolving issues quickly and keeping deliveries and operations on track is both motivating and rewarding.

Josee says she appreciates the strong sense of teamwork and support Novid provides. The workplace feels like a family, where colleagues are always willing to help each other and work together toward common goals. She also appreciates the company's commitment to giving back to the community, like the @LiveDifferent Mexico house build she just recently had the privilege of joining!

You're looking at over 500,000 US GAL of heavy duty, 304L and 316 stainless liquid storage! These tanks are located in Central Valley California, and one photo just doesn't due this site justice.

This substantial project was built up from a field of dirt, and includes a variety of custom Novid tanks including:
✔️ both 304L and 316 stainless
✔️ both polished 2B and non-polished HRAP stainless finishes
✔️ customized venting
✔️ API 650 style anchors for seismic safety and structural stability
✔️ Diffuser Aeration System in every tank

To minimize unloading costs for the customer, we had all tanks delivered within the same week, and supplied cradles for customer staging prior to containment install. That's Novid value-added.
