What is Coreum?
Imagine Coreum like a super smart digital notebook that many people can use at the same time. Once something is written, no one can erase or change it unless everyone agrees. That’s what makes it secure and trustworthy
Laptop crashed for the 3rd time today. 😂
I can’t even be angry anymore.
I know what I’ve been putting this poor thing through alot 😭
He deserves rest😂
Rely keh let's keep moving😂
Young people are leaving the farm because they think agriculture = hoe and cutlass.
AI is rewriting that story.
Today a 25yr old in Kano can:
- Use AI to predict yield
- Use AI to find buyers in Lagos
- Use AI to get paid safely via escrow
No more middlemen. No more exploitation.
Agriculture is now tech.
And the future belongs to those who own the data.
We’re building that future at Loamy.

🌽 Agro Market Update – Nigeria
📈 Maize prices continue to strengthen across several Nigerian markets as demand from poultry feed producers, food processors, and grain merchants remains high. With supply still relatively tight in some areas, many traders expect prices to stay stable or edge upward in the near term.
If you're a maize farmer, this could be a good time to monitor your local market before selling. Buyers and processors should consider planning purchases early to avoid further price increases.

Non-Interest ≠ Muslim-only.
The structure is open to everyone. It’s about asset-backed financing and risk-sharing, not religion. That’s why adoption in Nigeria is growing beyond one group.
If Jaiz, Taj and Lotus Bank don’t charge interest for loans... how do they make money??
Welcome to Non-Interest Banking in Nigeria. AKA NIFI.
Here’s the playbook they use instead of “interest” 🧵
1/ They don’t "lend money". They buy and sell assets with you.
It’s called Murabaha.
You need a truck for 10M. The bank buys it for 10M, sells to you for 12M. You pay in installments.
Profit = the 2M markup. Not interest.
2/ They become your business partner.
Mudarabah & Musharakah.
You bring the idea + work. They bring the capital.
Profit is shared 50/50 or 60/40. If the business loses, both lose.
No fixed interest. But they still earn from profit.
3/ They lease to you.
Ijara = Islamic leasing.
Need equipment or a building? The bank buys it, leases it to you.
You pay rent monthly. At the end you can own it.
That rent is their profit.
4/ Fees + Investments
They charge admin/processing fees. And they invest depositors’ money in Sharia-compliant businesses: real estate, agriculture, sukuk, halal funds.
Returns from those investments = profit they share with you.
So NIFI banks don’t make money from “interest”.
They make money from trade, partnership, rent, and investment.
It’s slower. It’s riskier for them. But it’s how they stay halal AND profitable.
Would you bank non-interest if given the choice?

🚨 AGRO MARKET UPDATE – NIGERIA 🇳🇬🌾
📈 Tomato prices have risen sharply across many Nigerian markets.
According to recent market reports, tomato prices increased significantly due to reduced supply after the dry-season harvest. Industry leaders expect prices to begin easing as the wet-season harvest reaches markets in the coming weeks.
TheStar +1
🌱 What does this mean?
🍅 Tomato farmers may earn better profits if they have produce ready for market.
🛒 Traders should monitor prices closely, as the market could change quickly when new harvests arrive.
👨🌾 Consumers may still experience high tomato prices until supply improves.
💬 Question of the Day: Has the price of tomatoes increased in your local market?

Here’s the project we’re working on: Loamy, “The Nigeria’s Agricultural Ecosystem”
So we built Loamy to do 5 things:
One: Give you real-time prices across market prices across the whole country + price predictions for days or months.
Two: Connect you directly to verified Buyers and Exporters.
Three: Help you move your goods with logistics and storage.
Four: Unlock financing with Lotus Bank, Jaiz and Taj for verified traders.
Five: Allow farmers to get financing from Banks through the platform, get access to all above features.
From Data... to Deal... to Payment.
That’s Loamy.
We’re not just a market intelligence platform.
We’re Nigeria’s full-stack agri-trade platform.
And we’re looking for Market Partners in every state.
For months, we've been asking one question:
How can technology make agriculture work better for everyone?
That question became Loamy.
We're building a platform that brings together financing, market intelligence, digital identity and trade into one ecosystem for farmers, traders, exporters and financial institutions.
Our mission isn't just to build software. It's to build infrastructure that helps agriculture become more efficient, transparent and accessible.
There's still a lot of work ahead, but we're excited to share the journey with you.
Welcome to Loamy. #AgriTech #FinTech #Africa #Innovation
