nowcAstIng's format is Jupyter notebook collection, letting:
-To download NWCSAF 🌥️🌥️ & collocate them with METAR reports
-To get insight on fog formation
-To establish baseline models
-To develop ML models to forecast fog's occurrence
-To store their models for operational reuse
Fog forecasting is a cutting-edge problem. Also, the fog forecasting represents a dare for operational meteorologists.
nowcAstIng targeted user are Machine Learning practitioners, Academia and NMS. These communities are encouraged to fork the project, give feedback and contribute
