Family Of Teenage Patient Sought: Durban - KZN

Social workers at Addington Hospital in Durban - KwaZulu-Natal are attempting to locate the family of a 17 year old female identified as Mamelo Sibiya who was admitted to the medical facility after 21:00 on Thursday, 14/05/2026.

Sibiya was found confused on Stanger Street in the Durban CBD - KwaZulu-Natal and transported to hospital by Paramedics. She informed medical personnel that she resides near Khumbayi High School in the Umbumbulu/Adams Mission area on the KZN South Coast.

She stated that she lives with her brother, Vukile Sibiya, and has two (2) sisters identified as Gugu and Samkelisiwe. She was however unable to provide contact numbers or further information regarding her relatives.
