@NewLookHelp I sent returns which have been confirmed by email. One of the order returns contained a jumpsuit&dress but I've been informed I'll receive the refund for the dress, not the jumpsuit for HM237839743. Could this be checked as I sent both items in the same bag. Thanks.

@etothczifra @deporvillage Not been solved yet, I've been passed from pillar to post with regard to who is responsible for the address information despite there being the full address provided on tracking information and the order confirmation. I ordered this over a month ago 😑
