I don't know if this only happens in Nigeria We in the healthcare sector are too nonchalant about our health.

Baba Obasanjo recently said in one of his interviews that he has been managing diabetes for over 40 years.

He's still living, in fact he celebrated 89 3 months ago.

I'm sure some of the doctors and nurses that started his treatment would have died themselves.

In Nigeria, patients live longer than their healthcare providers!

Why? Because we no dey do what we preach. The same doctor that tells a patient not to drink alcohol, you'll find one on his shelf. The same nurse that is health educating patients to rest, is busy packing shifts.

1. Registered Nurses working in Nigeria.
2. Add it yourself.

What kind of exercise do I still need after a very stressful shift, when my back is already crying for massage?
