My elderly mother flew alone on @British_Airways BA226 ATL to LHR on Sunday with pre booked wheelchair assistance. At @HeathrowAirport T3, multiple attendants came and went with excuses - until she gave up and pushed her own trolley to arrivals. Unacceptable
