The SEC did not voluntarily choose to drop the case because of new policies or leadership. They did not voluntarily stop investigating him. They took their best shot in court and lost.

Don't let anyone from any corner of the crypto world try to frame it any differently.

There's magic in making one less car than the market wants. The most expensive cars in the world are the most rare. Coins can learn from this. No new PLSX can ever be minted. Every single day more PLSX is burnt forever. Some other coins have mechanics which can reduce inflation or increase burning. Ethereum has EIP-1559 for instance, PulseChain has that and 25% less base inflation per block to start with. HEX has time locking. Nobody likes inflation. Except perhaps those minting it for themselves.

Food for thought: When things are tied to other things, if the other things become more rare... Heart's law.

$300k of PLSX were burnt yesterday because the burn goes up with volume. Also, Farmers and LPs, and stable LPs profit on volume. No middlemen. Software that you download and execute from the comfort of your home. Satoshi's vision wasn't everyone giving their keys to middlemen, it was removing middlemen!

If the haters really wanted to get me down they could raise more than the $27M I did for medical research. Write free self help books better than my sciVive and Fix The World. Work in the courts for legal precedent for P2P publishing software. Found things that work flawlessly and become valuable. Install bidets for their mothers.

Nothing makes haters angrier than success. Every time they think of you, it reminds them how they're not doing half what they could. They let themselves down. They let their families down. It's easier for them to tear down others than to rise up themselves. Hate is a poor substitute for progress. Why settle for being wanted, when you can be the most wanted?

I really do the best I can to make the world a better place, and I must say, the world can be pretty unkind to folks making a difference. First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win. Win is in my name and winning is in my blood.

Think about how much we've accomplished and it seems like someone up above must want it to happen. There's too much serial success for it to be an accident.

My whole life I've been preparing for the future. Anticipating it. Creating it. I've never been safer and I'm excited for the future.

The Honorable Justice in SEC v me should have her ruling out soon. Donald Trump will be in office soon. PulseX, PulseChain, HEX, INC are all functioning wonderfully. This makes some entities mad, but there's literally nothing they can do about it except be mad. It feels great to be wanted.

My EXACT #crypto plan for 2025:

- BTC leads the markets driving into January.

- Bitcoin consolidates / corrects, and BTC dominance starts to drop.

- The alts bull run begins. This is where the insane moves happen.

- The run will happen for 3-6 weeks then it will be over.

Now for the plan:

1. I’m not panic selling, I’ll add during any pullbacks.

2. Alts will explode once BTC dominance drops to 20% or less.

3. I’ll hold $SOL until it hits a clean 5x.

4. I’m waiting for $ETH to 3x before making any moves.

5. $TITS is staying in my portfolio until it hits $5-$10.

6. When $TITS lands on Binance or OKX, I’ll take some profits.

7. I’ll watch retail FOMO flood in, driving prices even higher.

8. When the top hits, I’ll call it, no random numbers, just straight from the charts.

9. I’ll convert profits into USDT and prepare to move into real estate as the recession kicks in.

I’ve done this before, and I’m doing it again.
