Earlier today,I visited Naguru Hospital whose water was disconnected 5 days ago due to an accumulated bill of 1.3bn. Imagine the chaos when a referral hospital has no water for 5 days! Medics are sending patients to other hospitals due to the looming health risk.
Our priorities are the wrong side up!
