@tes Why is this new news??!???? Always been the case. Without tests you can have winners and losers for Primary which means you can’t then tell them what shit job they’re doing and mode the goal posts again and again and add more pointless tests! Get rid of all primary testin.

@virginmedia Is being looked into - takes at least two working days. Meanwhile lost channels due to new contract which was assured wouldn’t happen! Turns out when calls were cutting out I was being called back by two different people… complete mess and I’m now without channels till Tuesday.
