Woman arrested for plotting husband's murder to stage farm attack
Anelle de Bruin, a 46-year-old woman, has been arrested for plotting to kill her husband, who is a farmer. She allegedly wanted it to look like a farm attack.
She was arrested on January 9 and later released on bail of R2,000. It has been revealed that she hired a hitman and paid him because she wanted to inherit R50 million.
She is set to appear in court again on April 23.

"I hope this message finds you well. My name is Aphelele Ngcongo 18 years old and I am from Umthwalume on the Lower South Coast under Umzumbe local municipality.
I recently matriculated at Izibonele Junior Secondary School, where I achieved six distinctions in my final exams. Despite my hard work and excellent results, I have faced significant challenges in securing a place at a university.
I have applied to several institutions, but unfortunately, I have not been successful in receiving a place.
I was hopeful when I received an offer through the Central Applications Office (CAO) for a spot in the Accounting Department at Ungoye @UNIZULUongoye . However, upon arriving at the campus, I was informed that no space was available for me, which has been a heavy blow to my mental health.
Given the circumstances, I am reaching out in the hope that you might consider publishing my story. I believe that sharing my experience may help me find an opportunity or even a miracle that could lead to my acceptance at a university.
I am eager to continue my studies and fulfill my potential, but I need some assistance in navigating this difficult situation. Attached here is my matric result certificate and my photo as well.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider my request and help bring attention to my story.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Aphelele Ngcongo"
