@Nedbank, my harrowing experience at Quagga Nedbank. On my way from work I decided to fix my kids Nedbank cards issues with @Nedbank. I decided not to use the one in Paul Kruger/ Pretorius street as I once spen two hours in a que with consultants busy with their shenanigans.

@Nedbank The manager at Quagga doesn't think escalating will resolve anything. She said she has dealt with complaints and won 🏆 and they will never change.
She dared me and promised @Nedbank can't touch her or change her from screaming profanities from her office.

@Nedbank phone using vulgar language. The consultant left without saying anything and had to be assisted by supervisor.
@Nedbank this behavior is very much unprofessional and that why more people choose to bank somewhere else. To be continued
