I asked a mentor 8 years ago what's the hardest thing about coaching.
"3am" I asked why 3 a.m. sleepless nights wondering, if you made all the right decisions, girls understanding your message, making the right call, what can you do different, having to cut players, play time.

Do this because you have love for the game, have the passion to see every player that comes across your path do better and become better. Just know you're never going to make every player mom or dad happy. Enjoy watching the girls grow the time you spend w/them long or short.
