MWe measures electrical output. MWth measures thermal output.
Our NuSunᵀᴹ platform is being developed in two configurations: approximately 1.3 MWe / 4 MWth and 15 MWe / 45 MWth, with the platform designed to provide electricity or high-temperature heat.
While in Taiwan to mark our collaboration agreement with @NTHU_TAIWAN, CEO Cristian Rabiti attended the International Forum on Global Development of SMRs and MMRs. He met with reactor developers from around the world, exhibiting how we are developing factory-build microreactors designed to deliver reliable, carbon-free electricity and high-temperature process heat at the point of use.

Data centers need firm power around the clock. We are developing NuSunᵀᴹ for modular, behind-the-meter deployment, allowing reactor units to be configured around different site loads and bring baseload power closer to the point of use.
Sometimes the most important engineering challenge is not the most obvious one.
NuCube Energy CEO Cristian Rabiti recently spoke at Halliburton Labs Pitch Day in Houston, sharing what he’s learned in his career as a nuclear engineer and how it applies to what we’re building at NuCube.
Halliburton Labs has been an important supporter of NuCube, giving us access to experience, resources, and relationships that are helping us move our technology forward. We’re grateful to be part of the program and the community Halliburton Labs has built around emerging energy companies.
NuCube Energy is advancing integrated energy systems testing at the Utah San Rafael Energy Lab with @BYU researchers.
The new test platform will support validation of high-temperature heat, energy-conversion, and industrial applications.

Remote power is also a logistics challenge. We are targeting Arctic regions, mines, islands, and isolated communities with a factory-built microreactor platform designed for long-life operation and firm on-site power.
Industry needs more than electricity. We are designing NuSunᵀᴹ to deliver high-temperature process heat directly on site for sectors including metals, chemicals, cement, and glass, bringing firm, carbon-free heat closer to the process.
AI can help optimize reactor design. Our Fuel Moderator and Absorber assembly technology uses AI-aided core-loading optimization to improve fuel utilization, support longer core life, simplify safety requirements, and reduce long-lived waste.

Advanced nuclear starts with fuel. NuSunᵀᴹ is designed around TRISO, a proven high-temperature fuel form with strong fission-product retention. It is central to our approach to safety, performance, and long core life.
NuSunᵀᴹ takes a solid-state approach to nuclear energy production: passive heat-pipe cooling, fewer moving parts, and no core cooling pumps, pressurizers, or pressure vessels. The aim is simpler, more deployable nuclear energy.
