At first Service Center said it was a software problem. Can be fixed with an OTA upgrade. Installed upgrade on Friday. Problem did not go away. Brought the car in for second time. This time they said it is a known problem and I need to wait for firmware upgrade. @elonmusk#Tesla
#Tesla#telsamodelx Tesla Fremont Service Center says it’s normal and software glitch (2022.24.6.6). I find that’s total BS. It’s unacceptable to hear a loud high-pitch noise (more like an alarm) goes on for hours in my garage. 2022 Model X, 4000 miles on it @elonmusk
@Arni9320@elonmusk It goes on forever. If it was just 20 minutes I would not even bother knowing it’s “within spec”. This one, though, is definitely something wrong
@JMMZHerrera@elonmusk It goes on more than 3 hours. It doesn’t go off now. I’m going to take it back to service center and DEMAND a solution before taking to a lemon car lawyer or something. I need this problem fixed. It’s super annoying to hear this sound
@joe_dirts@elonmusk I like Tesla but I do not like their service team. Clearly, there is something wrong with the car or the software. Scheduled another service with them to get it fixed hopefully
@AndyRichter I cheered Will’s smack because I was humiliated by people the same way Chris did to his wife. I don’t think he should apologize to anyone, especially Chris
Placed an order in June 2021. Delivery date keep on pushing out to Jan to Feb to Mar. Is chip shortage the only problem? No phone calls to update on the delivery date. Web portal is broken as you see below. Can someone at least confirm my car is not forgotten? @Tesla@elonmusk
